How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Realise and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your subscription directly in the app under Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Realise and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. If you purchased a lifetime plan or have an active subscription, it will be restored automatically through your Apple ID.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings and scroll to the Your Privacy section. Tap Delete All Data. This permanently removes all your check-ins, preferences, and account information from the device.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your data stays on your device. We don't collect, share, or sell any of your information. There are no analytics, no tracking, and no servers. Your check-ins never leave your phone.
How long until I see insights?
Realise starts showing early signals after a few check-ins. Confirmed insights typically appear after 5 or more check-ins with enough variety in your daily activities.
Does the free trial charge me?
No. During the 14-day trial you have full access at no cost. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial expires and you won't be billed.
