Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Your data stays on your device. We don't collect it, we don't store it on our servers, and we don't share it with anyone. Period.

What Data Realise Stores

Realise stores the following data locally on your device:

• Daily check-in entries (activities, ratings, dates)
• Your activity preferences and app settings
• Notification preferences

This data is stored using Apple's Core Data framework on your iPhone. It never leaves your device.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to:

• Your check-in data or personal patterns
• Your name, email, or Apple ID information
• Analytics, usage data, or advertising identifiers
• Location, contacts, photos, or any other device data

Sign in with Apple

Realise offers optional Sign in with Apple for account identification. When you sign in, Apple provides an anonymous identifier to the app. We do not receive or store your real email address unless you choose to share it. This identifier is stored locally on your device only.

In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment transactions.

Crash Reports & Diagnostics

Apple may collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostics if you have opted in through your iPhone's privacy settings (Settings > Privacy > Analytics). These reports help us fix bugs and improve stability. They do not contain your personal data or check-in content.

Third-Party Services

Realise does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs collecting data in the background. The only external services used are Apple's StoreKit (for purchases) and Apple's authentication framework (for Sign in with Apple), both of which are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app. Go to Settings, scroll to the Your Privacy section, and tap Delete All Data. This permanently removes all check-ins, preferences, and account information from your device. Since we don't store your data on any server, there is nothing else to delete.

Children's Privacy

Realise is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Since we don't collect your contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.
